Mobile Blast Operator
Description
Run the mobile blasting rig on-site at customer homes, businesses and job sites. Set up containment, choose the right abrasive or media and pressure for the surface, blast to a clean finish, and clean up. Work outdoors in the Houston heat, wearing full protective gear (blast hood, respirator, suit, gloves).
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and humidity
- Able to wear full protective gear for long shifts
- Reliable and on time
- Experience with abrasive blasting is a plus but not required — we train the right person

Blasting Helper / Crew Member
Description
Support the blast operator on-site — help set up containment and tarps, move and stage equipment and parts, manage abrasive and water, and clean up spent abrasive and debris. A hands-on, physical outdoor role.
Qualifications

- Able to lift and carry heavy gear
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat
- Able to wear protective gear

Customer & Scheduling Coordinator
Description
Take incoming calls and estimate requests, talk customers through what their job needs, schedule the crew across the Houston area, and keep customers in the loop. A phone-and-organization role that keeps the mobile crew moving.
Qualifications
- Strong phone and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with scheduling and basic record-keeping
- Familiar with the Houston area a plus
